Words With Benefits

Words with Benefits
The Plot Twists We Never Expected

Words with Benefits is a deeply personal story about the plot twists life delivers and the courage to face them.

A conversation neither of them could have predicted. Two lives forever altered. And that was just the beginning.

Life rarely unfolds the way we plan. Words with Benefits explores the messy, beautiful reality of love, resilience, and the choices that shape us. Honest, provocative, and deeply human, it’s a story about the plot twists we never see coming and the courage it takes to reclaim our lives when everything we thought was certain begins to shift.

At the center of it all are Rory and Bowie, two people navigating lives already shaped by unexpected turns. Across distance, illnesses, grief, and the quiet reinvention that follows life’s hardest moments, what begins as a simple exchange of words slowly reveals how profoundly their connection will challenge what they believed about love, risk and starting over.

The most unexpected conversations can lead us exactly where we are meant to go.

I hold the space they land in.

Zakheleni, co-founder of Raven Soul Wellness, is the quiet strength behind much of the journey that inspired Words for Benefits.

A steady presence through some of life’s hardest moments, she didn’t just sit in the silence, she anchored it, holding space through grief and uncertainty while helping others remember how to stand again when everything felt lost.

Her loyalty, compassion, and unwavering support became more than a thread in the story;
they became part of its foundation, the kind of presence without which some journeys simply wouldn’t be possible.
